Year 7, 2022

We can't wait to welcome Year 7, 2022 to Ku-ring-gai High School.

Going to high school will be a new experience for your child. The high school is likely to be much bigger than your primary school and your child may feel a little insecure at first. However, it is also an exciting time with many opportunities and a broader curriculum. Ku-ring-gai High School is a community that values individual worth and contribution. Our school ensures excellent student-centered education with a positive focus on developing students through future-focused learning.

At Ku-ring-gai High School, we prioritise the wellbeing of all students and staff. We have a strong wellbeing structure to support our students. Our teachers and staff are all invested and committed to ensuring all of our students connect, succeed and thrive.

To assist students, parents, and caregivers with the transition to Ku-ring-gai High School, we facilitate a comprehensive transition program, including Orientation Day on 23 November 2021 and our Project Based Learning Transition Program which Year 7 students will take part in during their first three days of high school, February 1 - 3, 2022.
