Find out why Ku-ring-gai High School is the right choice for your child.

Adjoining Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, Ku-ring-gai High School offers students a unique learning environment that leverages the natural tranquility to foster a relaxed yet stimulating atmosphere for education, social interaction, and personal growth.

Spanning over 10.8 hectares, our school features two full-sized soccer fields, a hockey field, tennis courts, and basketball courts. In 2020, we celebrated significant upgrades to our infrastructure with the refurbishment of 15 learning spaces, including music and drama amphitheaters, a new multipurpose hall, and the addition of two dedicated performing arts spaces.

Ku-ring-gai High School is committed to academic excellence and diverse opportunities, including our Talent Enrichment Program and the Northern Academy of The Arts, which complement our outstanding results in the Higher School Certificate.

We warmly invite prospective families to explore our school, experience our vibrant school community, and meet our Principal, Mr. Stephen Plummer.

Discover why Ku-ring-gai High School is the perfect place for your child to connect, succeed and thrive.

The project included the refurbishment of 15 learning spaces across the school, including music and drama amphitheatres. The construction of a new multipurpose hall and an additional two performing arts learning spaces.

Our teachers have been working for three years to develop our pedagogy (way of teaching) and embed this into our practices so we are ready to provide high-quality learning experiences for our students to prepare them for the future. It’s a very exciting time for us as a school community.
